With a preventative maintenance agreement from Acors & Griffith Heating & Air Conditioning, Inc., you can rest assured that your heating/cooling system will operate when needed. A properly maintained heating/cooling system will use 20-30% less energy and research proves that well-maintained equipment will last longer. Dirty, non-maintained equipment can cause poor indoor air quality. On the average, 68% of emergency calls are due to poor maintenance.
Acors & Griffith Heating & Air Conditioning, Inc. will perform the service to your system twice a year, except for heating or cooling only systems, which will be done once a year. Inspections will be made during normal working hours, (8:00 am - 4:30 pm).
This contract does not cover the cost of parts or additional services that may be needed at the time of the service. Also not covered under this agreement are ductwork and insulation, damages caused by vandalism, acts of God, or improper operation of the equipment and balancing of air system. Media filters/electronic air cleaner filters will be changed at homeowner's expense.
Should you need emergency service, maintenance agreement customers will be given priority service and a 10% discount off of our standard labor rate for any repair services needed. No other discounts are allowed.
