With a preventative maintenance agreement from Acors & Griffith, Inc. Heating & Air Conditioning, you can rest assured that your heating system operates when needed.

Proper Maintenance

A properly maintained heating system uses 20–30% less energy and research proves that well-maintained equipment lasts much longer. Dirty, poorly maintained equipment causes poor indoor air quality as well. On the average, 68% of emergency calls are due to poor maintenance.

Acors & Griffith, Inc. Heating & Air Conditioning performs the heating service on your system once, twice, or four times a year, depending on the plan you choose. Heating systems will be completed once a year.  For commercial rooftop units and structures with 4 or more units, please call us for pricing.

Inspections are made during normal working hours from 9:00 a.m. – 3:00 p.m.

Contract and Coverage

This contract does not cover the cost of parts or additional services that may be needed at the time of the appointment. It also does not cover work needed on your ductwork and insulation, damages caused by vandalism, acts of God, or improper operation of the equipment and balancing of the air system. Media filters and electronic air cleaner filters are only changed at the owner's expense.

The efficiency and performance of today's air-source heating equipment is one-and-a-half to two times greater than those available 30 years ago as a result of technical advances such as:

  • Clean or replace air filters
  • Lubricate motors & bearings
  • Inspect coils & elements (clean if necessary)
  • Check refrigeration levels
  • Check electrical connections
  • Inspect drain pan
  • Check pressure switches
  • Inspect blower wheel
  • Check voltage & amp draws
  • Level units if necessary
